Semi-Automatic, Bench-Top Three Bottle Wax Sealing Machine with Basin. Bottles are manually positioned after the wax reaches desired temperature. The maximum temperature on this machine is 200°C (392 Degrees Fahrenheit). The operating temperature depends on the type of sealing wax used. The Sealing Wax must not boil. Once the automatic rotation finishes the dipping process, the system will end in the horizontal position for draining. Suitable for bottles with external diameter up to 130mm. Touchscreen controls and pneumatic cooling included. Coats approximately 300 bottles per hour, dependent on Operator, temperature, type and amount of wax. Requires approximately 20L of Diathermic oil to fill the reservoir.
